Hugging this character: Sure, he may be bewildered at first if there is no warning, but he's a friendly and touchy sort himself
Kissing this character: Yes, but he'd be even more than bewildered and would not allow it again (he's very much in love with someone)
Flirting with this character: Yes, go ahead. He may not even notice for a while!
Fighting with this character: Yes, he tends to piss people off by being overly stubborn and optimistic and naive.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): With discussion and plotting before hand this is fine. Limits would depend on the circumstances.
Killing this character: Only with plotting please.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, but we should talk because Shion's mind can wander a lot!
Warnings: Don't mess with Nezumi too much in front of him or he very well may snap and become violent and aggressive with very little warning. If something looks like it is going this direction, I'd love to give the other player a heads up at least.
